Heating Maintenance PCSA 2024 Heating Check Up Renewal Completed heating maintenance, cleaned flame sensor and drain, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
Upon arrival AC was not coming on, found line voltage wire burnt off contactor, replaced contactor and cleaned up wiring, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
We appreciated Shawn talking to us about what was necessary to keep our unit running efficiently. He didn’t try to sell us any extras. AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Prepaid Verified operation, addd a pound of refrigerant to achieve proper sub cooling readings. Replaced weak dual run capacitor.

Pipe outside is leaking. Drain from A/c and furnace run into pipe in ground, that pipe is clogged needs plumber to Rodd. Drain does not have to go in pipe. Washed condenser coil. Unit off on set point 72 deg.
Added 8lbs of R-22 refrigerant
