AC Repair HVAC Service No AC, 85 inside apartment. Tested operation, checked charge, inspected all electrical, found a bad capacitor outside, replaced capacitor. Ran unit in heat pump mode, then in AC mode, no issues. Ran the unit for 45 minutes checking charge, temps and amp draw periodically. No issues seen, 20 degree temp drop between supply and return, which is perfect. Temp in apartment dropped from 85 to 78 while I was testing the unit, so it's cooling great

I woke up hot and sticky yesterday so I called the gang down at Charlie’s. Daniel came straight over and got my apartment cooled down…….but not me! After he had been bent over by the furnace for awhile, it took a glass of lemonade to cool us both down. Daniel was there all afternoon servicing my needs and then some. He is a very thorough and thoughtful young man. I would highly recommend him to all my gals. Sincerely, Phyllis
