2025 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Check checks the indoor and outdoor units for the cooling maintenance. Tech checks the indoor units, wire connections, flush the drain. Tech Proceed to go to the outdoor unit to check the Freon, the wire connections, and hoses out the condenser coil.

Tech goes to the outdoor unit check the wire connections, check the Freon, and hose out the condenser coil. Unit units should be good for cooling season.

2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Tech check the indoor unit for cooling season. Tech checked all the connections and change the filter of the indoor unit. Everything in the indoor unit looks good. Tech proceeded go to the outdoor unit and checked all the electronic connections and check the Freon levels. The AC checked up good. The indoor and outdoor unit are good to go for cooling season.

Service Type: Damper Adjustment Responded to request to balance airflow to new home addition. Adjusted main trunk dampers to redirect approximately 20% additional airflow to the new space. Fine-tuned individual room dampers for optimal temperature balance. Verified even airflow distribution with anemometer readings at all registers. System now properly conditioning all areas including the new addition.
