AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Prepaid Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, filter is clean, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time

Found clog in drain and bypassed fire protection to check charge. Unit was 2.5 lbs low on 410A. To be explicit, cause of water issue was 100% clogged drain, but I did not want to leave unit without checking charge and superheat was way off. Used charging chart on door to charge unit. Cooling at this time

AC Service Complaint mini split not cooling properly Upon arrival I noticed a humidity difference in the two spaces. At this time unit does seem to be working properly. I have set unit down to 70 and adjusted the fan speed to low to zap some humidity out of the room. I called Cleta and let her know she can turn it back to 75 when she gets home and try leaving that unit on a low speed to give it a bit more run time. This should address her comfort issues.
