Duct work inspection: Entire trunk line and duct runs we’re inspected thoroughly. Insulation was coming off of return, fixed and secured insulation to eliminate any future issues. One 6†duct run was coming out of floor, leaving opening for crawl air and house to mix. Secured duct back into floor. Rest of duct passes inspection and now has efficient air travel.

Unit fan was short cycling, found head pressure controller pack with mouse nest debris. Cleaned out the contactor, cleaned rest of unit. Ran unit until room dropped to 54, ran perfectly. I will look up and find a head pressure control replacement, that way if problem pops up we can have part on hand

2021 Fall Check Up PCSA Paid Major rust and deterioration found on furnace burners. Replacement recommended. Cleaned burners to help system operate until burners are replaced. Possible cause of deterioration would be water dripping from inducer motor. Sealed inducer motor leak with silicone. If leak persists, inducer motor replacement will be necessary. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time. Also home owner needs to make sure House has up to date CO detector.
