AC Service Complaint condensate pump for a/c stopped working in basement Breaker for air handler had previously tripped, found kinked condensate pump drain line, after fixing kink tested pump several times and pump ran fine, likely cause of tripped breaker was pump trying to pump drain water out with no success and short cycles enough times to trip a breaker, checked system operation and found no more issues System is cooling at this time

Complaint no cool outdoor unit is running indoor unit is running but not cooling Found bad capacitor, replaced capacitor and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
