Cleaned outdoor coil. Noise coming from the upstairs PTAC was most likely a mud dauber nest which was causing the outdoor fan blade to spin off balance. Cleaned out all the nests and tested operation. Both systems appear to be operating normally at this time.

Replaced leaking evaporator coil on M5. Pressure tested system, pulled vacuum, installed filter drier, and added 8 lbs of R-22 (maintenance provided). Also discovered the thermostat was struggling to bring on AC. Replaced thermostat (maintenance provided). System appears to be operating normally. Condenser fan motor and blade are also causing a lot of vibration. If high pressure tube cracks again, the motor and fan blade will need to be replaced.
