2024 PCSA AC Maintenance
Heating Repair Found that wire was half connected to a relay, causing electric heat to kick on and off intermittently. As for noise, I could not get system to make noise described. Verified charge, checked defrost and filter cleanliness. Most likely a spot where air is coming through the air handler.

2024 No Heat Service and PCSA ✅
Furnace Repair Complaint of unit sounding louder than normal and not heating or blowing well. Inducer on its way out. Ordered part. When part arrives we will call and schedule repair. 2/6 Motor stopped working over weekend, bad motor has been replaced. Unit now heating
Condenser fan motor was bad on heat pump, replaced and verified operation of system. System is heating efficiently at this time. Recommended a good maintenance plan so we can continue monitoring system since it is out of labor warranty in June of this year, customer would like to wait till around June to sign up.
Heating Service Agreement HVAC Service 2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Checked wire connections. Thermostat is operating normally. Heat strips are operating normally. Filter was replaced recently. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Furnace Repair Complaint: No Heat made loud noise. Blower motor was bad, replaced and verified operation
Upon arrival drain was clogged, unclogged drain and flushed a gallon of water without a problem, inside air handler has mold from condensation but outside in the closet has a lot more mold, air handler may need moved to get all of the mold out, cleaned outside of the blower and insulation, electrical panel insulation has a lot of mold too. Property owner is having other people take care of mold, drain is cleared.
Tech (Daniel) was knowledgeable and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory repair, including being willing to be contacted outside normal business hours if we had any questions or concerns.
Cause of the issue was both heater relays are stuck on and need replaced. Going to check the status of warranty and return with replacements. Left electric heaters disconnected at the moment. Heat pump is operating normally. Customer is interested in service plan. 10/24/23 Returned and replaced heater package. System appears to be operating normally at this time. Customer wants us to call and schedule a time for an AC Check Up next Spring.

Justin arrived shortly after my call, was very friendly and very quick and efficient at his job. I am very impressed with the whole process and how quickly everything was taken care of for an emergency appointment on a Friday afternoon.

He was running approximately 45 minutes late. Although they did call and get me in on a cancellation a day early so for that I am grateful for a air conditioned sleep. My husband was the one who interacted with him for the most part but he said he was a nice guy and he did us a favor by giving us a free filter so overall great experience.
