2024 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance

System was nearly out of Puron. Turned off outdoor coil and left system in electric heat mode until a leak search can be performed. 1/26/24: Found leak in distributor tubing coming from outdoor metering device, will come back to repair leak soon. Customer still has emergency heating 1/29/24: Returned to repair leak, charged unit properly and made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

Complaint No Cool. System had a bad dual capacitor, replaced and verified operation of system. System is cooling at this time, I highly recommend a maintenance plan, so we can come out and do a full inspection on the system.

Air Conditioner Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up 2 Systems Prepaid Equipment checks good, but the east unit has always had trouble cooling upstairs bedroom. Suggested shutting off some vents down stairs to push more into the bedroom. Keeping the master bathroom door open when not in use would also help. Flushed drains, cleaned condensers, filters are clean.

Air Conditioning Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up Prepaid All checks good. Replaced filter and cleaned condenser at length, we should always make sure to get out here in fall vs winter as the outdoor coil really should be cleaned twice a year. Area is heavy with cottonwood.

Complaint unit freezing up Unit was 3 lbs low on 410A Waive diagnostic fee. We knew this was going on. I had a call here end of summer where I did in inspection and recommended not to add refrigerant until this time this year. Might be under “Leading Edge”

Furnace Maintenance 1x Heating Check Up and outdoor unit is off balance. Installed rubber pads under outdoor coil to try to help level it out. To make it totally level, outdoor coil needs to be detached from lineset and the support pad under the unit would need to be reset. Due to pumping down system, fixing pad, and then recharging the system, price for that would be around $850. Customer also had an issue with the air intake for the furnace trying to freeze this past winter during super cold days. Most likely cause of the issue would be air intake recirculating air from exhaust causing warm humid air to freeze on contact with air intake pipe. Angled intake pipe away from exhaust. Customer will monitor and let us know of any changes in operation. Furnace was clean and everything checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Renewal All checks good on both heat pump and gas furnace.

Inspection Furnace looks good. Blower, burners, pilot sensor, all check good. Confirmed operation of condensate pump. CO test came back safe. AC is very low on 410A refrigerant. Customer will look at doing a leak search in the spring. Just charged labor. No parts replaced at this time. Locked up and left thermostat in “off” position

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid All checks are good left a filter behind for customer change deeper into heating season. Unit heating at this time
