Did a great job
Ralph - Carterville, IL
Shawn was on time, knowledgeable, & confident. He was very nice & professional.!It was a simple job, but he was in & out quickly. I’ll add here, I did not answer cost rating because I don’t how much it will be yet. Bringing in equipment & doing the brazing only took 20 mins, but I’m guessing there is prob a minimum charge, which is understandable, but it will make it feel “like it cost too much”.

Big Unit up front not cooling 9/26 big unit up front has 57.5 degrees on supply side. Thermostat set at 75. Room at 75. Could be struggling to keep up with hole in ceiling.
Complaint no a/c. System was low on R-410A. Added 5 lbs to confirm. (System holds at least 14 or 15 lbs.) Indoor coil still had some left over ice build up around the base. Customer will leave the fan running to clean ice off coil. Recommending leak search and repair. 9/26 leak isolated in indoor coil. Need to order coil
AC not cooling Replaced x13 motor. Heating maintenance completed. Charge check done in AC mode. All checks are good. Unit cooling at this time
System was operating normally upon arrival. Most likely cause of the issue was ECM motor failed to start. If this problem persists, recommending motor is replaced before warranty expires. Customer wants to wait and will monitor for changes in operation.
Complaint no a/c. Cause of the issue was system was 2 lbs low on R-22. Will continue to monitor for any changes in Freon levels. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
Complaint water issue. Cause of the issue was clogged drain line. Cleaned out drain line and installed access point so that the drain can be flushed. System is operating normally at this time.
One of the AC units at 112 S. Division St isn't cooling. He replaced batteries and it didn't help. Customer said system is running but thermostat was not responding. Thermostat is showing signs of going bad, however, was working correctly during time of inspection. If it happens again, then we will replace thermostat. 9/21/22 waited a month, appears as though it hasn't given any issues since that day. If it pops up give us a call. Closing this call out
Outdoor system had a bad capacitor. Replaced and verified operation. Let customer know that this was second capacitor in 3 years which can indicate that system is starting to show age. Head pressure was running a little high, there was a debris on outdoor system so I cleaned outdoor condenser coil and pressures started to look better. I highly recommended a maintenance plan. System is operating at this time.
Room 204 AC Blowing Warm Air Condensate overflow code. Took drain loose blew with co2. Vacuumed main drain in bathroom closet. Watched run for 30 min
Fitting brazed on.

Leaking water into basement. Cause of the issue was clogged drain line. Flushed drain line. Filter was ok at this time. Checked Freon levels and they were within range. System is operating normally at this time.
Cause of the issue was bad thermostat. Customer wants us to call and set up a time for a heat check up in October or November.
Found bad coil temperature sensor, replaced under manufacturer warranty. Labor paid in cash
Complaint downstairs main a/c not cooling Compressor is bad. Pete checking if in warranty. 9/16/22 replaced compressor under parts warranty, replaced filter drier, pressure tested system, evacuated to 500 microns, recharged unit, tested system unit is cooling great
PCSA 2022 heating check up free per Charlie. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
Replaced 50/5 dual run capacitor. Unit cooling at this time
Freon leak A/ coil . Micro channel condenser. Orifice. R-410A. Waiting on warranty info. 9/19 Replaced coil and used 5 lbs of 410A
Complaint no a/c. Cause of the issue was bad connection on back of breaker in breaker panel. Pushed breaker in and AC started up instantly.
Ice Machine was reset by Maintenance within the past few days. Ice Machine bin was almost full and operating normally upon arrival. Based on how the water filters looked and the fact that the ice machine was down, most likely cause of the issue was something going on with the incoming water line and the lack of water caused the ice machine to go into lockout until it was reset. Replaced water filter and ice machine made 2 batches of ice while being monitored. Maintenance will monitor and let us know of any changes in operation.
