2026 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Checked wire connections. Flushed drain line. Filter was passable at this time. Thermostat was operating normally. Freon levels were within normal range. Cleaned outdoor coil. Contactor was heavily worn and needed replaced. Replaced contactor. Outdoor fan motor bearings are starting to make a lot of noise. Recommend replacing during a future check up. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Returned to do leak search. Found leak on indoor coil. Repaired leak. Replaced filter drier. Pressure tested system. Pulled triple vacuum. Recharged system. Signed up for yearly club membership. Run checks ok. Cathy will call and pay for repairs tomorrow.
