It was good service, but I lost sleep because you did not come at the appointment time. I am disabled and it is important that appointments are done on time, as it created great difficulties for me. That is why I set the appointment time for 2:30 so I could get the rest of my sleep, which is very difficult with my very serious medical problems and extremely high pain level. Please come at the appointment time as I cannot answer my phone when sleeping and pounding on my door was very disruptive and hard on my health. That’s why people set appointments.

Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Prepaid Did my best to resolve a water issue. Seems as though some insulation was touching slant coil and saturating til it dripped. Unit has been treated for airflow issues in the past. Coil is clean, static is low, charge is good. Blower is set to lowest speed tap for cooling. Customer knows that unit is less likely to drip when it doesn’t have to make up more than a degree.

Service call Unit making noise Upon arrival found dead capacitor, replaced capacitor (no charge), found contactor with burnt contacts so I replaced it (with approval from customer), put a new hard start kit at no charge per Pete, ran system for a while and monitored system operation and found no more issues System is cooling at this time

Heating Maintenance Complaint unit making loud noise and do PCSA 2023 heating maintenance. System had a bad blower motor on arrival, replaced motor and verified operation. System is heating efficiently at this time, filter is clean, outdoor coil is clean, and auxiliary heat kicks on as needed. Contactor was very pitted and customer wanted to change it out immediately to prevent any more issues. Replaced and verified operation.

Appeared to be a bad connection for low voltage going to the generator. Tightened connection and short cycling seemed to stop. Customer will monitor for changes. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
