2026 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Started run check by checking wire connections. Replace the filter. Cleaned drain line and outdoor unit. Checked Freon levels. System is operational run check is complete.

2025 PCSA Heating Check Up Prepaid Heating Maintenance Checked wire connections. Replaced filter. Flushed drain lines. Thermostat was operating normally. Burners were clean. Cleaned flame sensor. CO levels were within range. Inducer motor appears to have leaked some water in the furnace but doesn’t appear to have been recently. Inducer may need replaced in the future. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
