2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drains, cleaned dehumidifier filter, filters are provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues. Customer previously had concerns about a possible water leak in downstairs ductwork, we had taped a duct seam and customer has not seen a leak since, customer also had previously had plumbing leak repairs around area of ductwork and has not seen anything there either All systems are operational
