HVAC Repair AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Renewal Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, replaced filter, checked system operation, found bad capacitor, replaced capacitor and made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time

Furnace Repair Complaint No Heat. Cause of the issue was a bad control board. Board will trip low voltage fuse anytime there is a call for the igniter. Board is under parts warranty under late January of 2024. Quoted 2 hours of labor to customer. 12/12/23 After running multiple tests, cause of the issue was the gas valve. Replaced gas valve under parts warranty. System is operating normally at this time. Customer will be in to pay the remaining balance of $48 at the end of the week.

Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Renewal All operations checks good on both furnaces other than some bearing noise on inducer for furnace upstairs in closet. Shaft may be a little off balance causing vibration. Replaced 5 inch filter

Service call No heat Found bad board, upon replacing board discovered inducer to also be bad, replaced inducer and found unit short cycling. Cleaned flame sensor and tightened connections. Heating at this time, unit seems to be performing as intended now. 1089 per Pete.

Heating Maintenance PCSA 2023 Heating Check Up Prepaid. Gas furnace is heating efficiently at this time, the filter has been changed and was provided by customer, and temperature rise is good, and flame sensor is clean.

Disconnect ac from trailer to be moved. Reclaimed 2.5 lbs of R-22. Secured lineset under trailer in an effort to try to reuse it if it’s not damaged in transport. 9/13/23 Returned with outdoor coil and reattached to lineset. Mounted disconnect and ran wire back into breaker panel. System needed 2 lbs of R-22 to be within operating range. System is operating normally at this time. Customer will be coming into the office to pay the balance.

Cause of the issue was a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat and checked system operation. System is operating normally at this time.

Pat said she was just concerned about the system not keeping up due to issues in the past. Checked filter, checked charge and sub cooling is good, pressures are good, temp drop is acceptable. System is running for a long period of time due to excessive ambient temperature, she said that it’s only been running long on days that it’s hot. I explained this is normal as long as the temperature on the thermostat is holding the same and not continuing to rise.

Estimate on disconnecting ac unit. Recover and save refrigerant, cut and cap liquid and suction lines. Remove lineset up the floor. Hook new unit up at new trailer location, evacuate and recharge with recovered R22

AC Repair Complaint No Cool outdoor unit fan not coming on Upon arrival condenser unit was not running, after some investigation found condenser fan motor shorted to ground, replaced condenser motor and made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time

AC Repair Complaint no a/c unit not kicking on Thermostat wire was chewed under house. Replaced thermostat wire. Cooling at this time.

Complaint: No AC - Unit uses R-22 Found bad indoor capacitor, replaced part. Added 1 lb 4 oz r22, system is cooling

System checks out good and is running efficiently at this time, outdoor coil is clean, had mild buildup on it all of it is scrubbed off, drain is flushed, filter is changed as needed, and temperature drop is great. Customer bought two filters and got one free, next two filter changes are paid for.

PCSA PREPAID AC CHECK UP. Both systems are cooling well at this time, dual cap on south outdoor system needed replaced due to being weak and single cap on indoor system needed replaced for same reason. Replaced both and verified operations. Temp drops are great, filters are changed and outdoor coil is clean. South outdoor system was very unlevel, put some rubber pads underneath it to level it out slightly better to prevent any future issues.

PCSA AC ONLY CHECK UP Completed AC maintenance, cleaned coils, flushed drain, filter is provided by customer, checked air temps, checked blower capacitor Checked compressor and outdoor fan amps, checked capacitors, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid<br> Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Renewal. Both gas furnaces are heating efficiently at this time. Downstairs filter is changed, upstairs filter is changed as needed by customer. Temperature rises are acceptable, all hoses and drains are clear, and flame sensors are clean.

Pcsa 2022 heating check up

Complaint: No Heat Need to order pressure switch. Manometer achieving .62 every time pressure switch calls for .3 and will intermittently open while in sequence of operations. 11/02/22 furnace fired 4 times in a row after pressure switch replaced. Unit heating at this time.

Complaint customer thinks a/c low on freon. Added R-22 by superheat.

We are waiting on his coil. His house is 84. Check freon for him to get him cooling. Added 2 lb 410. Replaced coil and recharged system. System is operating normally at this time.

NO AC - Not Blowing Air ReplCed bat thermostat and bad contactor

NO AC - Heard a sound like a line blew. System was completely out of Puron upon arrival. Added nitrogen to system to try to track down leak. Leak is massive and most likely inside flex lineset. Leak may also be inside indoor coil but not seeing any signs of oil. A full leak search would need to be scheduled for a more exact location. Gave customer an estimate around $2000 for replacement of lineset. Left outdoor coil disconnect off and service valves closed.
