Technician needs to come back out to do the indoor check up. The unit is in the attic. Also, customer asked if we could possibly turn down the blower speed.

Charlie himself (and his son) came and saw to our problem. It turned out to be sort of a non-issue, but they still didn't charge us an arm and a leg for coming to check on it (and cleaned a few things out in our A/C system which was nice).
