Heating Inspection Heat pump pressures appear normal. Thermostat appears to be operating normally. All electrical components appear to be operating normally. Based on tests performed, it appears due to an unseasonably warm December, the heat pump maybe getting overwhelmed due to warm temperatures and tripping on high pressure causing the electric heat strips to take over. System appears to be operating normally at this time. Also made sure the program for the thermostat was turned off and set to hold.

12/26/25 Cleaned ice machine and replaced filters in the some of the package units. Also inspected belts and they appear to be normal. technician replaced the filters in the kitchen, music room, lounge. Rooms 401-407. Rooms421-430. 12/31/25 Finished replacing filters for the rest of the building.

Complaint no heat Technician turned the unit on and noticed the compressor was not starting up. Technician check the capacitor and it was good. Then checked the Freon and the Freon was good. Put a hard start on to see if the compressor would run. The compressor did not run. Unit is gonna need a new compressor.
