Replaced filters for east side of building and W407. Maintenance had concerns about rooms W407 and W301A, found both systems to be working properly at time of service, just noticed w407 had a slightly high set temperature. Will need to monitor system operation and finish filter change. Cleaned ice machine. 8-13-26: replaced rooftop filters. Cleaned cooler filters and checked system operation for some rooms. Maintenance will be updating the computer program for the 500 wing.

Cleaned the outdoor coil. Everything was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

In the last few years I’ve paid two different local Heating/Air companies to address issues with our home hvac system. I recently decided to get help from Charlie’s. I’ll never call any other company again. I’m sticking with Charlie’s for as long as I live in southern Illinois!! Daniel was awesome and addressed every issue in a timely manner. He also gave me great advice on different ways I can maintain the system and try to extend the systems life a little longer. Couldn’t ask for a better result from a Heating & Air company.
