Customer had concerns about a squeaking sound when AC turns on, checked system operation and found no issues at this time, coil and filter are clean, was not able to hear sound when checked system operation System is operational

AC Maintenance Service all a/c equipment for summer operation Tech did the maintenance on the west unit package unit. Technician changed both of the filters for the west unit. Technician also checked the temperature drop for the west unit while tech was doing the temperature drop. The temper drop was a 1° temperature difference tech proceeded to go to the outdoor unit to check and see if one of the electric heaters were on. Tech found that heater number three was stuck on. Technician unplugged heater number three and went back to check the temp difference. The temperature difference was 15 to 20. Technician we have to come back out to fix heater number three from stopping it from coming on whenever the thermostat is calling for cool. Technician proceeded his check up by checking the Freon. All the Freon levels were good. Technician also checked all the amps on the compressor, the condenser fan motor, and the indoor fan motor, the amps on all those motors checked up good. Technician a
