Building #9 was having issues. Cause of the issue was a bad heat relay on north system. This is what caused the thermostat to fail and damaged the low voltage fuses. Replaced relay and tested system operation. Found a minor gas leak on the north system. Repaired leak. And the middle system was having a polarity issue with the board. Adjusted the wiring to solve this issue. All 3 systems are operating in heat and ac mode.

Service all a/c equipment for summer operation
Tech did the maintenance on the west unit package unit. Technician changed both of the filters for the west unit. Technician also checked the temperature drop for the west unit while tech was doing the temperature drop. The temper drop was a 1° temperature difference tech proceeded to go to the outdoor unit to check and see if one of the electric heaters were on. Tech found that heater number three was stuck on. Technician unplugged heater number three and went back to check the temp difference. The temperature difference was 15 to 20. Technician we have to come back out to fix heater number three from stopping it from coming on whenever the thermostat is calling for cool. Technician proceeded his check up by checking the Freon. All the Freon levels were good. Technician also checked all the amps on the compressor, the condenser fan motor, and the indoor fan motor, the amps on all those motors checked up good. Technician a
