Upon arrival heat pump was working properly, activated defrost successfully, issue with cooling mode came around when customer got back from trip and they had to turn thermostat back to heating mode. When they turned thermostat back to heating mode auxiliary heat turned on because they set thermostat temperature 3 degrees above room temperature. Customer was not informed about aprilaire thermostats activating auxiliary heat when temperature is raised more than 1 degree above room temperature. Told customer to see if thermostat acts up again and we will replace thermostat free of charge System is heating at this time

Customer was worried because there was frost on his system. He said he turned off the system and turned on emergency heat, but then turned system back on on accident. After that system would not run. I found that system had a popped fuse but could not find the cause. Most likely just a bad fuse and age of system. Will continue to monitor however system is running good at this time.

Heating Service Furnace Service 1x Heating Check Up. System is heating efficiently at this time, filter is replaced by customer, replaced single capacitor for blower due to it being extremely weak, inducer motor is working at this time however it Is showing signs of failure. Customer does not want this replaced at this time however I will get an estimate for it. No signs of smell that was noted coming from system, there was a dead mouse in the system that could have possibly been the culprit. Other than that all checks are good. Fixed piece of duct that also came apart. Signed customer up for pcsa.

System is heating efficiently at this time, filter is changed and provided by customer, cleaned flame sensor, CO levels within system are normal. Customer did not have a CO detector, so we got one installed and tested. Other than that everything checks out great.

2023 Fall Check Up PCSA Prepaid Checked wire connections. Heat strips are operating normally. Thermostat is operating normally. Filter was replaced recently. Puron levels were within range. Capacitor on outdoor coil was getting weak after being a little over 2 years old. This could be a sign the compressor is getting weak. Replaced capacitor and will monitor for any changes in operation. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

2023 PSCA Heat Pump Maintenance Free w Install. System was not kicking into auxiliary heat nor emergency heating, it was also kicking outdoor unit off prematurely. The cause was a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat under warranty and verified operation of system. Filter is changed by customer and outdoor coil is clean.

Air Conditioning Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check Up 2 Systems Prepaid Flushed drain lines. Replaced filters. Checked wire connections. Cleaned outdoor coils. Puron levels are within range. Control board on upstairs outdoor coil was throwing out a code of call for O in AC mode. After resetting system code went away. Will monitor during future check ups. Contactor on upstairs outdoor coil is looking worn and will need replaced during a future check up. Everything else was clean and checked out well. Both systems are operating normally at this time.

2023 Spring Check Up PCSA Prepaid Capacitor on outdoor coil for the main system was getting weak and needed replaced. Replaced capacitor. Replaced filters. Flushed/vacuumed drain lines. Checked wire connections. Cleaned outdoor coils. Puron levels were within range. Temperature drop for main system was a little low but appears to be cooling as needed. Everything else was clean and checked out well. Both systems are operating normally at this time.

AC Maintenance/ No cool PCSA 2023 AC Check Up 2 System Prepaid Checked wire connections. Flushed drain lines. Customer will be replacing filters soon. Cleaned outdoor coils. Puron levels were within range. Main System was struggling to cool yesterday but appears to be operational today. Could be possible issue with thermostat or zone board. Instructed customer on what to look for if problem should reoccur. Also recommended customer open most if not all vents for both systems. Systems appear to be operating normally at this time.

Air Conditioning Maintenance PCSA 2023 AC Check 2 System Renewal Completed cooling maintenance for both systems, cleaned coils, flushed drains, filters are provided by customer, checked air temps, checked blower capacitors, coils drip down due to being a slanted coil. Checked compressor and outdoor fan amps, checked capacitors, right unit was low on refrigerant so I added a pound of 410a and got good refrigerant levels. Made sure both systems are working properly Both systems are cooling at this time
