Complaint : No AC Found outside unit not running due to high pressure switch tripped. Reset switch and found high head pressure - 550 PSI. Unable to check Freon charge accurately until coil is washed. Notified front desk and maintenance department is going to wash unit, due to no hose hook up near unit. If further problems occur we will be contacted by management.
