AC Service Complaint no cool outside unit not coming on. Issue has been resolved, filter is replaced by customer, condenser is clean and all other checks are good.

Found AC wired incorrectly, re-wired entire unit and verified system operation. System is old and has most likely taken damage from being incorrectly wired and electrical parts not working properly. Informed customer about system condition. System is cooling at this time

Service Call No Heat Coil needs cleaned. Mike will call us after he gets the sewage cleaned out of basement to try and schedule a coil cleaning. Also curious about estimate on new equipment.

Complaint no cool Replaced bad cap

System is cooling efficiently at this time, filter is changed and outdoor coil is clean. I noticed Braided hose going into flu pipe had come undone, due to flu pipe’s spigot adapter breaking. I have it fastened and secured now but we will need to replace adapter when we come out for Heating Maintenance.

Air Conditioning Repair Complaint: Customer Believes Motor Is Going Out. Inspected blower motor and duct work. Also checked system in heat and ac modes. Air flow seems to be adequate and temperature rise and drop are within range. Air filter was also clean. System appears to be operating normally. Recorded model and serial number of furnace if blower motor should ever need replaced.

Furnace Repair Complaint No Heat Complaint was noise, noise happens sometimes when furnace is t running. Happens once a day, sometimes at 1pm or even midnight.

Complaint Heat still having issues. Condensation hose coming from inducer motor had created a trap due to being pushed upwards by another hose. Water was building up and tripping a pressure switch. Replaced hose With longer hose and verified operation of system.

Complaint No Heat & 2022 PCSA Heat Check Up Free w/ Install Drain line was clogged on inducer. Moved drain line. Drain line coming off pan may need to be replaced. Customers will monitor for any changes in operation. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Complaint drain pan overflowing. Cause of the issue was old drain line wasn’t flowing. Ran new drain line towards the road and attached it to the system.

2021 Fall Check Up PCSA Renew Inducer capacitor was getting weak after being replaced a year ago. Replaced capacitor under warranty. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.

Cause of the issue was bad thermostat which was causing a short in the control board of the furnace. Replaced thermostat. Inducer motor is a little loud on furnace and contactor was getting very worn out on outdoor coil. Recommend customer monitors operation and repair as needed. System is operating normally at this time.

Complaint outdoor unit making noise

PCSA 2021 AC Check Up Free w/ Install Complaint was customer turned on a/c over the weekend and outside unit didn't come on No cool, found low voltage wired incorrectly. Fixed connections, cleaned drains, inspected electrical, checked charge. System is cooling well, performed 2021 spring maintenance
